The Barron County Sheriff's Department has been utilizing Two-Way Communications as our service contractor for our communications center radios and radio towers for approximately 20 years.

The staff at Two-Way Communications are skilled at trouble-shooting our problems and coming up with solutions.  Their response time is excellent!  They work with our staff in attempting to solve the problem over the telephone, which has saved us many downtime hours.  They usually have replacement equipment on hand to substitute while our equipment is being repaired, which once again saved us downtime hours.

We are doing a large infrastructure project at this time and Two-Way is going to be our service contractor for both the radio and microwave portions. We have always been pleased with their knowledge, attitude, and accessibility.
